Condo Rentals Overview
We can accommodate a variety of needs from a romantic and peaceful get-away for two, to a serene and spacious place for family and friends to gather. This is a lovely place for honeymoons, family vacations and reunions, or just a place to spend special time with friends.

Mackinac Island Rental Policies
Deposit Policy
Minimum deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to confirm and hold your reservation. During the off-season, we accept personal checks. During the in-season, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and personal checks.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Deposits are refundable only if cancelled at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will forfeit deposit if cancelled. Guests are responsible for their entire confirmed reservation dates in the event of late arrivals or earlier departures. All refunds are subject to a service charge of $50.00.
Check-in and Check-out
Your condominium will be available for check-in at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Luggage can be stored for early arrivals and late departures.
Non-Smoking Policy
All condominium units are smoke-free.
Pet Policy
Limited pet-friendly rooms are available with surcharge.
Transportation
Once you arrive on the Island you may choose to walk, bike, or take a horse and buggy taxi to Sunset Condominiums at Stonecliffe Estate. Taxis are available 24 hours a day. Stonecliffe Shuttle is also available during limited hours. We will be happy to assist you in securing transportation to your condo.
