Deposit Policy 2022
Minimum deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to confirm and hold your reservation. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
There is a $50.00 fee for all cancelled reservations. Deposits are refundable only if cancelled at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will forfeit deposit if cancelled. Guests are responsible for their entire confirmed reservation dates in the event of late arrivals or earlier departures.
Check-in and Check-out
Your accommodations will be available for check-in at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
All accommodations are smoke-free.
Limited dog-friendly rooms are available with surcharge. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time. Subject to management approval.
Once you arrive on the island you may choose to walk, bike, or take a horse and buggy taxi to Sunset Condominiums at Stonecliffe Estate. Taxis are available 24 hours a day. We will be happy to assist you in securing transportation to your condo.
Personal and rental bikes are not permitted in the rooms. Bike racks are located outside each condo building. A bike lock is recommended.
